Wessex Garages Newport

Although the car I bought was a trade sale, however I expected a bit of an after sales response.
The car had missing ‘locking wheel nut key’. I called them and was told that the previous owner has dropped off the key a day later.
They said it will be posted to me via their head office, it has been nearly 4 weeks and many phone calls to which I never got a reply. Very disappointed.

I was happy with the service at Wessex Garages Newport because only thing still waiting for my extended warranty docs, and had no reply to my email, about the marks on the car , according to the driver who delivered the car I had 3 days to report any marks or scratches which I did and no luck on the phone

Wessex Garages Newport were really helpful and I'd recommend them because Harry Phelps has been my contact for both purchases from this garage. On both occasions he was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He went over and above to ensure that i was able to drive my car away within a short time frame allowing me to take it on holiday.
