I had a fantastic experience buying my car from Wessex Garages. Mo Afzaal (Sales) was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. He kept me informed throughout and was always happy to answer any questions I had.
I would also like to highlight the professionalism of the entire team. Both Mo Afzaal and Craig Milne (Manager) were courteous, attentive to detail, and went above and beyond to ensure the buying process was as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Before I collected the car, the team promptly replaced a small part to make sure everything was perfect. This really demonstrated their commitment to excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

My experience at Wessex Garages Newport could have been better because
The car run out of fuel in the dealership car park. Sales persons spilled petroleum over floor. Then had to ask someone else to take the test drive. Never contacted, it was left to me to phone and make arrangements to pick up car. On the day Nissan connect was not available. Sales person took it to petrol station so I had to wait. Very little fuel in car. Disappointed to say the least.
My Toyota experience is far in front of Nissan.
